The New Task Report System

With the next update of our major products we introduce the new task report system. This system is an new integrated component which writes a report file for each task a user executes using our products. You can use these reports to automatically create support tickets or open issues in your other support systems. The first two supported products, which support the task report system, are Actions and Assistant.
The task report file has a simple and well documented format and can be easily parsed using other systems. You will find all details in our documentation. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information about this new system.
