EducateIT Session Monitor
Know who is working where.
Keep track of user sessions across your network, reach the right people and identify critical processes.
Know who is working where.
Session Monitor shows which users are logged on to which systems. Filter sessions and send messages to individuals or groups.
The system integrates with Raptor, supports responses to messages and helps you work with sessions and their associated processes.
Session Monitor also connects traditional Windows workstations (fat clients) to Raptor. Your support team sees user sessions on local PCs and virtual Windows systems in the same workspace. Process Monitor can add process information when needed.

Capture precisely. Communicate effectively.
Collection works independently of existing applications and across domain boundaries. You choose which systems to include. Optional activity status shows whether a user is currently active.
Formatted messages can be scheduled or sent interactively to user groups. For interactive messages, you can see who has read them and which feedback option they selected.
Rules identify problematic processes within a session, such as excessive CPU usage. The affected user is notified and can terminate the process themselves.
